1. Currency and Shipping Destination
- Target Market: We exclusively ship to destinations within the United States.
- Currency: All transactions and prices on our website are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no membership subscriptions required.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our commitment is to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes for your orders:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling/Processing Time: 0 to 1 Business Day (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checking, packaging, and dispatching. Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Transit/Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address in the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 Business Days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via major postal carrier networks.
5. Address Changes and Cancellations
We work efficiently to process orders quickly. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@zaokae.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the handling phase or has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or cancel the order.
6. Item Not Received or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated 13 business days transit window, please allow an additional 2 business days for carrier delays. If it is still missing, contact us at support@zaokae.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if deemed lost, arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.
7. Damaged or Broken Items Upon Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage by taking photos or videos immediately and email them to support@zaokae.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement package immediately or provide a full refund according to your preference.
